Salary Package: Base salary, commission, annual bonus, benefits

To achieve this we’re building a special forces client solutions sales team for people with high expectations, and exceptional motivation who want to be generously rewarded.

As a member of the Venquis Client Solutions team, you will be working to identify client pain points and design relevant staffing solutions (to be delivered by our dedicated Talent Delivery team).

Focusing on purely sales lets you move faster, so you get more from working on rewarding, large-scale solutions.

To succeed you will need to have a positive mindset and belief. We will provide you with all the training and support you require to succeed regardless of where you have worked before.

About the role

Our Client Solutions division is the business development function here at Venquis – from new client acquisition through to managing processes and agreeing commercials, you will be exclusively responsible for C-level business development.

  • Generate and close new business through client acquisition
  • Become an expert in a particular industry/ client geography
  • Client-facing with full autonomy of sales cycle to point of closure
  • Meet and pitch the Venquis solution to new & existing clients
  • Convert qualified leads gathered by the delivery function into new opportunities
  • Understand client roadmaps, objectives, challenges and pitch real-time solutions
  • Negotiate commercial terms of business
  • Account manage single vacancies to large-scale client projects
